National Survey Analysis

Supporting the project interim report, which outlines our progress to date, we are now able to share the results of our survey of the care workforce in Scotland. 90 workers from across Scotland shared their experiences working in social care, in a survey framed around the Fair Work dimensions: security, respect, fulfilment, effective voice and opportunity.

The insights from survey participants continues to shape the project, including areas of focus, and directly during our workshop series. Key insights from respondents are summarised here.
